400 km of hiking trails, via ferrata, 220 km of mountain bike routes as well as a wonderful cycle path, Nordic walking, golf, wellness... the Arlberg region offers it all.

In St. Anton am Arlberg, cable cars and/or chairlifts are in seasonal operation and shorten and facilitate the routes to the sunny heights and mountain tours. The Stanzertal and the Arlberg offer their guests a variety of routes and tour options, ranging from panoramic hikes such as the charming Almrosenweg to challenging mountain tours, serviced mountain huts and refuges.

Enjoy the panoramic hiking trails and cycle tours in the Arlberg-Stanzertal region. Pettneu is also a central starting point for charming routes by motorbike within a radius of 300 km - from the Reschen Pass, Kaunertal Glacier, Silvretta High Alpine Road, Timmelsjoch, Krimml Waterfalls via the Gerlos Pass to the St. Gotthard in Switzerland.

WINTER ON THE ARLBERG...

305 marked runs, 85 modern cable cars and lifts, 200 km of off-piste variants, snowboard fun parks, carving areas, floodlit natural toboggan run. With 4 new lifts, the circle is complete and all the villages on the Arlberg (Zürs, Lech, Schröcken, Warth, St. Anton, St. Christoph, Stuben) are easily and conveniently accessible on skis.

Cross-country skiers are attracted by a 43 km network of trails and hikers will find more than 80 km of groomed paths. A toboggan run, ice rink for ice skating and curling provide a sporting alternative as well as offers in the arlpark sports centre.

the free ski bus takes you to St.Anton in about 10 minutes, the bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. the bus runs every 15 minutes from mid-December to the end of March/beginning of April and every hour in the off-season.

Prices in Euro per flat and night without catering. Prices plus local tax € 5,- per person over 16 years / night.

Offer for our house guests:

at our partner company Sport Alber you get the ski and boot depot for 50%. You will receive the depot ticket from me on arrival.

CONDITIONS:

• Surcharge 1-3 nights € 5,- per person/night
• Check-In from 3 pm
• Check-Out until 09:30 am
• Payment: Deposit 20% of the rental price by bank transfer within 14 days of booking. Final payment by bank transfer no later than 14 days before the day of arrival.
• Local tax on site in cash.
• The booking confirmation is only valid if the deposit is transferred on time. The booked rental price is also valid for arrivals with fewer people or for shorter stays.
